This Privacy Policy applies to Sobi’s Managed Access portal (the “Sobi MA Portal”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information may be collected and processed about you when you submit a request for managed access to a Sobi product via the Sobi MA Portal and how we use that information. It includes a description of your data privacy rights.

Personal data
We will collect the following types of personally identifiable information, name, medical specialty, contact information, place of employment, address and IP-number.
Legal basis for processing and how we will use personal data provided by you
The personal data you provide will be processed by Sobi for the purpose of our legitimate interest in order to provide the service related to the Sobi MA Portal.
We will not use your personal information for marketing activities unless you have explicitly consented to receive marketing communication from us.
How we may share your personal data
Sobi may use third party contractors when providing service related to the Sobi MA Portal and may share your personal data with them. They are restricted from using the data for any other purpose other than to provide services related to the Sobi MA Portal. Sobi is responsible for any processing by such third parties and will ensure that such contractors have entered into written agreements allowing Sobi to comply with our obligations under this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third parties unless you have explicitly given your consent to such disclosure or if it is required by law.

Retention and erasure of personal information
We will retain your information only for the period necessary to provide the services related to your request submitted via the Sobi MA Portal unless a longer retention period is required by law

You will at any time have the right to access your personal information, to have it rectified, erased or to transfer it to other organizations at your request. You also have the right to object or to restrict some processing.
